Whose email do you apply from?

If your team applies for me, will people know?
When passes open, every application is in your name and goes out from a separate job-search email we set up for you (an @apply.jobhacki.com address). Employer replies are forwarded to your own inbox, so nothing goes to your work email. On your 30 Day Roadmap call we take your avoid list. We suggest your current employer, and our team checks every job against the list before applying. We never contact employers or recruiters as you, and questions like criminal record, disability, veteran status or salary history always come back to you.
Who on your team sees my details?
Only the people working on your search: the assistant assigned to you (with a backup if they're out), your customer success contact, their team lead and our admins, and only what each task needs. We never ask for your Social Security number, bank details or a password in chat, and we never sell your information.

Will more applications get me more interviews?
Not on their own. Out of every 100 cold applications, employers invite about 3 to an interview (Ashby; CareerPlug). That's why we check fit first and size passes at 30, 90 or 180.
How much time will this save me?
It depends on your forms. Job seekers say one application takes about 44 minutes (United Way NCA survey, 2026); at that pace, 90 applications is 66 hours. Your own part with us is about 2 hours in the first month, mostly the call and setup (our estimate).
What does a normal job search look like?
People who landed a job sent a median of 16 applications, did 5 interviews and got 2 offers, over about 5 weeks (ZipRecruiter survey of new hires, 2026). In tracked searches that ended in an offer, the first interview came around week 3 and the offer at about 80 days (Huntr, Q2 2026).
