Resume Match spends AI credits, so a free account can't run it. It's part of All-Access.
Paste your resume or upload a PDF or Word (.docx) file. Resume Match compares it with up to 200 live job listings and lists the best fits first, each with a 0–100 match score and a one-line reason.

Paste the text or upload a PDF or Word (.docx) file. A few lines is the minimum; tools, job titles and years give it more to match on.
Each run compares your resume with up to 200 live listings. If your resume lists a US city and state, they come from that state, your city first. If it doesn't, or that state has none, they're the listings that share the most keywords with your resume; if none do, listings from the live jobs feed.
AI rates how well your resume fits each role, 0 to 100, with a one-line reason. Scores of 75 and up come first; if fewer than 10 reach 75, the next-best roles fill in with their real scores.
