Who finds the jobs?
We do. Finding the jobs is part of every pass, and our assistants check for new jobs that match your brief every day. Our team picks every job from that brief and skips your avoid list, so there is nothing for you to swipe or approve. If you find a job you like, you can send it to us.

Yes. Tell us the jobs, companies and industries to stay away from. We add your current employer for you as a suggestion, and you can take it off. Our assistants check every job against your list before they apply.
Whose email do you apply from?
A new job-search email we set up with you and share. Every confirmation and reply lands there, so you can track each application live.
If your team applies for me, will people know?
When passes open, every application is in your name and goes out from a separate job-search email we set up for you (an @apply.jobhacki.com address). Employer replies are forwarded to your own inbox, so nothing goes to your work email. On your 30 Day Roadmap call we take your avoid list. We suggest your current employer, and our team checks every job against the list before applying. We never contact employers or recruiters as you, and questions like criminal record, disability, veteran status or salary history always come back to you.
Will this get me a job?
No one can promise that, and we don't. Employers decide who they interview and hire. We promise the work: applications on jobs that fit your brief, up to your pass's number, with proof for each one.
Who actually presses submit?
Software fills the form. A named, trained person on our team checks it and presses submit, only for jobs that fit your brief.
Who applies for me, and how are they trained?
A trained team in the Philippines. Each team member completes our US resume training and passes a skills test before working on any client's account. A lead checks every application a new team member sends, for at least their first 50. Pilot: this training is being set up.
Do you need my passwords?
Not in chat, ever. You choose in writing what we can access, and you can remove us any time. We never ask for your Social Security number or bank details.
Who sees my information?
Only the people working on your search: the assistant assigned to you (with a backup if they're out), your customer success contact, their team lead and our admins, and only what each task needs. We never ask for your Social Security number, bank details or a password in chat, and we never sell your information.
What if there aren't enough jobs that fit my rules?
Your pass keeps running past day 30 until every application in it is sent. We tell you early if matches are thin. You can widen your rules to go faster, but you never have to.
